Refund Policy:

  • We offer a 10 (ten) day refund period from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  • Refunds are only processed if and only if the customer pays for the return postage.

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns within 10 days of the date of purchase.

  • Returned items must be unused in the original packaging and include all accessories and tags.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
  • The product must be returned as it arrives.
    1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at enquiry@hyylondon.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
    2. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
